  Tea was bad fountain drinks flat the restaurant smelled like bleach and employee spraying tables with chemicals while ur eating dont eat at this watabuger

  Is it good waterburger, and it's pretty quick service? But the only problem is, they don't listen to you. I went through the drive through for the third time and for the third time, I have not received ketchup, even though I have asked for it. The second time I called and let the manager know that I had visited this place two times and no ketchup, even though I requested.So I went today to see if there was a change.And of course, there's no change.I still had to get off the car to go get ketchup.I might as well order from inside.Do they not have any ketchup at the window?Or is there policy not to Give out ketchup

  Saturdays and Sundays when you have the most kids is the worst experience ever at this location. Never have anyone with experience on the floor and if they are on the clock they are nowhere near to assist. Cashier takes long to assist customers, if NEW to the restaurant then should have a second cashier helping or shadowing. Sprite, Diet Coke and Dr Pepper were all flat and carbonated. Has no one keeping eye on syrup boxes in the back. We talk to a wall because nothing changes. You keep hiring young kids and leave em untrained. Not to mention i ordered extra honey butter on my chicken biscuit and it came dry and bread was stale. Company charges way too much for this location to be a mid Whataburger compared to others in the area
