  Went through the drive through. Usually I’m very lenient with fast food because I know it’s stressful but this time was just insane. We ordered (not anything overly complicated) (burgers plain) had us waiting at tbe window for at least five minutes before asking us to pull into a parking spot. We sat for a good 10-15 minutes before a manager came out to ask us what our order was and explaining they gave our food to the wrong people so they were having to remake it entirely. Trying to be understanding we let them know it’s alright. At this point we’ve been sitting waiting for our food for at least 20-25 minutes. It takes them another 10-15 minutes to bring out our food. And not even feel a little bit of empathy for our time spent idling in the parking spot. I can understand giving away our food by mistake. It happens. But our order was just pushed to the side because they were busy. And prioritized getting the drive through along before bringing us our food. Once they finally brought it out he pushed it through the window with a quick “sorry for the wait” and took off. At the very least they could’ve offered like a coupon to compensate the time wasted. On top of that they didn’t even make the order right and we still had to go in and have them fix/give us the parts of our order WE PAID FOR. I love whataburger but I don’t believe I’ll be going back to this location again.

  I ordered lunch to be delivered since I didn't have the time to drive over. I got my food rather quick but that was the problem. Everything was right except that I was missing two fries. I called the store and talked to Blake. I let him know that it was very inconvenient to go in and grab the fries but I would head in. When I got there I expected them to be ready for me to grab but that wasn't the case. The girl at the counter wandered around the back for a couple minutes, talked to one or two people and then told me it would be a couple of minutes later. TEN MINUTES later I was given the two fries to take home and eat with room temperature/cold food that was delivered. If I decide to give this location another shot, I definitely will not have it delivered.

  I really wanted to give this place the benefit of a doubt because they are a newer location but I can't anymore. Every single time we order here, something is wrong with our order. I also order jalapeno ranch each time (and get charged for it) but they NEVER put it in my bag- they are just getting free money at this point. We prefer to go to the Saginaw Main location instead because we've never had any issues.

  I went through the drive-thru at 10:58 AM and asked if I could still order breakfast and without hesitation they said yes they would make it fresh! What they didn’t know is that I am pregnant and NEEDED this meal (cravings lol) and they made it happen. Josh and his team are the best!

  Tried this location twice. First time sandbagged patty melt that was definitely old and barely warm. Second time overcooked hash browns, hard biscuits and tortillas. I’m an executive chef and this is by far the lowest quality I’ve found across plenty of other Whataburgers. Training is needed big time!
