She was very pleasant at the window. She was smiling like she wanted to be there. She was also able to count back my change!!!! This is very rare in this day and time. I will be back because of Edie.

The meat was tender, the sauces were so flavorful, the pickled onions were a perfect compliment. And Brandi was friendly and very helpful.

- EPEmily PMay 7, 20265.0Visited True Texas BBQ, Alliance location. Counter service was great! Asked what was a favorite dish that could be shared, was told the loaded baked potato w/brisket. It did not disappoint. My mother and I were able to share it & get full. HEB partner Sam DeLeon came up to check on us, as we dined in, made sure our order was right, & satisfied with our food. Sam also pointed out the BBQ sauces for us to try I personally like the sweet sauce best. Sam also recommended to try the loaded cornbread. The dining area was clean & not crowded at all. Overall a great experience & will be going again to try the loaded cornbread!!!
