Mind you there was only one person ahead of me, so there was no reason for such a delay. Once I pulled up to the window, no one ever came to assist me, so I eventually left with nothing, now my morning is ruined because I'm running on an empty stomach. 10/10 do NOT recommend if you’re on the go.

They have gotten our order wrong multiple times, forgotten ingredients (a few weeks ago, my husband ordered the cali flatbread and it was missing the sauce and the avocado - it was just meat and cheese. How does that happen), forgotten our chips with our meals, etc. But today takes the cake. I ordered 3 items (1 wrap and 2 flatbreads) on my mobile app. The girl hands me a bag with one wrap. I tell her I'm missing 2 flatbreads and she was like oh...okay, let me go find the receipt. 5 minutes later they bring the other 2 items. Mind you, there was only 1 car at the window when I pulled up, and no other customers, inside or outside. Anyways, during those 5 minutes of waiting, I decided to check and make sure that my 50 cent avocado was added to my American wrap. I peaked inside the wrap, saw avocado, and was like okay cool, at least they got something right. I get home to eat it, by the time I take my 6th bite - still no avocado. I unroll it completely and this is what I see (picture attached). This is 50 cents worth of avocado? Are you kidding me? The employees at this store need to be re-trained clearly. Until then I will be taking my business elsewhere.
