    I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but I felt this experience should be addressed. The young lady behind the counter making the smoothies was very polite and professional, and she was the highlight of the visit. Unfortunately, the employee handling the food and cash register was extremely rude. When my order was called, my food was practically thrown at me instead of handed to me respectfully. Customer service goes a long way, and the interaction made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing. I hope management can work on improving professionalism and customer service because the food itself was decent, but the attitude completely changed the experience.

    I walked in with no greeting and then a phone rings and they answer the phone for another customer while I’m standing right in front of her and the lady acts like I’m invisible and still no greeting. I will never go to this location again! Everytime I go to this specific location of Hulen, I hardly ever get any customer service but this one just topped it off!

    The smoothie was good, had a nice velvety texture. The flavor was a bit lacking, but it was probably just that specific flavor (blueberry bliss I think). The food was good, but overpriced for the quantity you get. The table I sat at had a terrible wobble and the surface, while clean, had that slightly sticky texture. Unpleasant to put your arms on and stuff on the table stuck to it slightly.

    Paid $13 just for my açaí bowl to look like a toddler made it, the chocolate was smeared EVERYWHERE, the girl making it messed it up and literally scooped it out with her hand.. of course she had on gloves but seriously?? She then proceeded to make it, not cleaning the outside. Called to let the manager know and all they said was “thank you for your feedback” 😒
