  The restaurant was not busy but very dirty. The staff acted as if me asking questions was an inconvenience. I ordered extra beef, have ate half of my crunchwrap and have yet to got any beef. I tried to call the store and no answer

  I went yesterday and first, their mics weren't working properly and when we told them we were having a hard time hearing them, they got grumpy. Then, at the window the service continued as such. The woman basically closed the glass then handed us a bag said there you go and closed it again. I should have done my due diligence and made sure our full items were there but we were missing half of the food we ordered including an entree. It was 6 items, I can't imagine that was a tough ask.
