After patiently waiting over 20 minutes I finally thought, what’s taking so long Instead of what could’ve been “oh okay here sorry” It was more of a back and forth argument! Of “I didn’t tell you to wait” “yes you did” oh my goodness this lady made more of a big deal than what it was. Anyways I wouldn’t be waiting for no reason and also, did she not see the same car sitting in the disgusted parking spot for drive thru? She gave us the food but it was soggy and cold. Regret it and I wish we could get a refund.

We waited over 20 minutes, and nobody brought our food. I went back inside to ask about my order, and they told me they never told me to wait. 🤦🏻♂️ We had to argue just to get our order, and when we finally received it, the food was soggy and cold. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service. I do not recommend this Taco Bell.
- MMMalory MAug 11, 20261.0Came to this Taco Bell and waited 30 minutes for my order. There was several customers waiting in the lobby for their food. I even asked a few how much time they waited and they had been there for over 40 minutes. One of the other customers asked a worker how long it would be and they started arguing with her and being rude towards her. The people working were very unprofessional and I cannot recommend this Taco bell. It was also filthy with trash and paper bags all over the lobby floor.
