  By Far is the worst Taco Bell I have ever visited . I have been to this location more than once and I’m not a frequent visitor but every time I come, the service is terrible as well as the food. I have always had to walk back in and ask for them to make my food fresh. I understand this may not be one of the busiest locations so pre-making between orders probably is not the best plan of action. I received the oldest and coldest Fries today, the last time I visited my kids burritos that had rice were hard before tht the tortillas you can tell it were old probably aired out too long. It’s never an apology. It’s always a lackluster exchange… just make it Well, why couldn’t you just make it right in the first place my recommendation is to avoid this location and probably get some stuff in there that do not mind providing a service because the young staff You have now…terrible!

  If you wanna watch paint dry, never order online at this location. Only use the drive thru. Otherwise you’re waiting 30 minutes for “fast food” which it isn’t.

  The food takes forever when you’re the only person inside the store, stood in front of the register waiting to at least get my cup and was never even acknowledged. Everything is sticky, the tables, floors, and the chairs.

  Came to pick up a mobile order that I placed through the app and the woman on the intercom didn't even do the bare minimum in service. I pull to the speaker and tell them that im picking up a mobile order and I guess she didn't hear me at first and so she asks for my name again which I give her. Then crickets. She didn't acknowledge me after. Didn't tell me to pull forward to the window and when my food is handed to me all I got was a mumbled "hear you go" before the window slams before I can even ask for some fire sauce. Do better taco bell.

  The big stall in the women’s bathroom is filled with shit and the toilet flush is broken, a worker said that happened yesterday April 30 today is May 1. Seriously??
