  John (5019) is by far the driving force behind the success of this location. I have not been inside of a Subway in 8 years because of the constantly poor quality food and service in my neighborhood (Duncanville/Cedar Hill). However, with the recent loss of my car I am learning the public transportation system. While waiting for the train, I was hungry and directed to this location because of the close proximity. John provided above and beyond hospitality and oozed positivity and patience. He has been with the company for 10 years and deserves the proper recognition because he single handedly restored hope in this corporation, and truthfully humanity. I will constantly return solely to see John and only spend money when he’s on the clock. This review is only the tip of the iceberg on how much my interaction with him today meant to my heart, and stomach because everything was delicious and made with LOVE!   Disgusting, the coffee (the tiniest cup for close to 3$) tastes likes 2 weeks bath water, didn't get the sandwich want I want. I walked out and trash and I'm left.

  Went to this location today and the employee pictured denied me service because I ordered my bag of Cheetos before the guy in front of me but then the guy in front of me asked for Cheetos and I told this guy those are my Cheetos. He immediately proceeded to say, do t be nasty with me I don’t have to serve you. I said it doesn’t matter those are my Cheetos . He proceeded to go back and forth with me threatening to not serve me and then at that point I said I will contact corporate. Mess around and lose your job. He said he didn’t care and took my food back. At that point I got rude with him and cussed him out.

  Stopped by on the way back home and the two gentlemen working were getting pounded with orders but still kept themselves smiling and friendly. Sat and ate while waiting and watched them deal with very difficult guest behind me but they still kept a smile and wished everyone a good day!

  If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Me and my kids went to eat before taking train and there were 2 homeless men showering in the back with the sink and dog running around ... it was so dirty flies in the food area .. employees so rude.... smh .. get your subway under control !!
