  I ordered 3 drinks, I only received two and one was wrong. When I told the car hop about the missing drink she said we didn't order it. It’s fine I pressed the red button and ordered the 3rd drink. While waiting I noticed one of the drinks she gave me were wrong and when she came back with my third drink I let her know, she tried telling me it is what I ordered although I didn’t (I’ve never ordered this drink before). She then told me if I wanted the right drink I would have to re order and pay for another drink. Disappointed this is how my visit went but sadly not the first time 🤷🏻‍♀️

  I had ordered two sandwiches without pickles and one of them came out with pickles on it. The other sandwich that was ordered without pickles didn’t have any on the sandwich but there was about 5 pickles just crumbled up inside the wrapper, appearing as they just took them off an already made sandwich and didn’t even bother throwing them away. Then, there was pickles at the bottom of the bag that looked to be placed intentionally.

  All I ordered was two drinks and there were no other customers around. Took them 12 minutes to bring the two drinks out and then spilled one all over me and walked away. Did not offer napkins or to replace it just laughed and walked away. The location is awful and rude!!!

  Simplest order on the planet two drinks with extra ice and I can't even get that right. Try to explain to them what extra ice meant and they kept over talking us and tried bringing us a diet Coke when we ordered a cherry limeade.

  Estaba tratando I called to place an order and was left waiting on the line for about five minutes without any response. I said “hello” several times and received no answer. If someone needs to place a caller on hold, it would be appreciated if they communicated that instead of leaving the customer wondering whether the call was disconnected. This was a frustrating experience.
