  I only got a medium cup of ice and it took me 20 mins. And there was no one ahead of me. Go figure! But I wanted that ice.

  Went for two drinks on a Sunday night and while the staff is nice and friendly, I didn’t have to wait for about 15 mins unfortunately. Wasn’t terribly busy in the drive thru or had too many cars in the carhop areas but I assume they were just short staffed.

  I haven’t been to Sonic in a while but this experience left me befuddled.. first, the young lady brought out the food and stopped at the hood of my car when my window is clearly behind the menu board.. I had to point through my windshield for her to meet me at my actual window.. and when I asked for honey mustard, she said she didn’t have any. Huh? “Not even inside?” She asked if I want to her to go get some. Yes, yes young lady I do. Please tell your carhops to stock their tray with condiments so they don’t have to go back inside irritated because a customer asks for a condiment. If someone asks for a condiment and you don’t have it- go get it. Don’t say “I don’t have any.” Come on now. Be forreal.
