    By far the worst Sonic ever. The workers are rude. I ordered a 4 piece mozzarella stick and an american dog; both items were undercooked. I have issues every time I come to this sonic; it’s the closest one to me and just a shame how horrible the service and food is.

    Let's start with the least of the problems and work our way to the worst. Rather disappointed that when I asked for ketchup for the TWO KIDS WACKY PACKS (they were the chicken tenders) that we were only given 2 packets of ketchup. Not 2 dipping cups, but 2 packets. So now I have 2 toddlers who don't "have enough ketchup". Now let's move on... I ordered a strawberry shake and when it was handed to me at the drive through window I didn't immediately notice that the lid wasn't secured properly. As I went to put the cup in my cup holder the lid popped off and the shake spilled on the console. I told the lady that the shake just spilled and she proceeded to close the window. When she came back with my change I restated that my shake had spilled and asked for some napkins. I was handed 4 napkins (not nearly enough to clean up a spilled shake) and the window was closed on me again. She then came back, handed me my order and quickly closed the window again as if she was trying to avoid me asking for more napkins. I didn't get upset, I didn't request a new shake, I just wanted napkins to clean the mess and I was treated like an inconvenience. I also want to make it clear, the car in front of me was leaving as I entered the drive through and there wasn't anyone behind me until I was ready to pull away (which took me a minute as I was attempting to clean the ice cream from the shake out of my console buttons), so they weren't slammed or in a middle of a rush that would warrant the need to move things along quicker. I would also like to add that the mozzarella sticks are NOT worth it, they are dried out (how you do that with melted cheese is beyond me) they were cold and almost hollow inside.

    Terrible. We're here on business from hours away, didn't get orders right, ON TOP OF THAT, they took it to the wrong stall, had to get someone's attention for assistance. In fact I'd do zero stars all the way around if it wasn't for that one employees help. He was this businesses saving grace for me, otherwise this location is complete bs.

    When ordering ice-cream at night be carefully what you ask for. I ordered a LG strawberry cheesecake master shake with recess candy. I basically ended up with stawberry ice cream and the candy and cheesecake flavor sprinkled in like garnish for 8$. Did not taste like a master shake at all

    This is by far the worst Sonic location I have ever visited. I waited nearly an hour for a simple burger order, and it was made incorrectly twice. When the food finally arrived, the quality was unacceptable. The burger was barely warm, the fries were severely overcooked, and most of what I tasted was grease and burnt crust. To make matters worse, the soda I ordered was completely flat. The service was just as disappointing as the food. The employees seemed careless and showed little concern when I brought up the issues with my order. Communication was poor, and no real effort was made to correct the situation. Management offered no accommodation or attempt to make up for the extremely poor experience. Between the excessive wait time, repeated order mistakes, low-quality food, and lack of customer service, this visit was a complete disappointment. I would not recommend this location to anyone unless they have time to waste and very low expectations. I will not be returning.
