    Awful. Ordered online; basically yelled at thru the speaker "drive thru only!" I set it as a drive up spot pickup, then was rudely told they can't bring it, "drive thru only!" If it's offered online be able to do so. Incompetent.

    I have never been to this sonic and there not be an absurd wait. I just got here and the app wouldn’t let me check in so I pulled into a stall and tried to tell them I was here to pick up my mobile order and before I say anything they say it will be a 45 minute wait. And I say that I already have a mobile order and the person reiterated it would be 45 minutes. I placed the order 30 minutes before I got here. I have been sitting here 10 minutes already. I’m about to ask them to cancel my order and go back to work hungry for the rest of the day. I put in my order way early because I knew this would be an issue and they still failed to be able to get my food in an even sorta reasonable amount of time. The employee was kinda rude but I don’t blame them. Management has failed them by critically understaffing. I would be mad too.

    they happily took my order on the app when they were not actually open, and hey, that's actually extremely annoying it's not like I'm gonna get a refund on the gas i used to drive over there or anything :)

    I order on my app at 1:43, was at the stall at 1:45 to pick up my order. I waited 40mins total and nothing. I even called the location twice wondering where my order was. Kept saying there is only 3 workers. But I kept seeing people get their orders from drive thru. Customers where driving off with out their orders. This is ridiculous. Won't be returning to this location ever.
