  If I could give Zero stars, I would just for the customer service There was a lady who brought my drink out with purple or pink hair. I can’t remember she did not say one word to me not hello. Give me my order. I try to say what drink is what she just ignored me. Did not say thank you at the end just very bad customer service. I won’t be going to the sonic again even though it’s right by my house. I don’t like going to places where there is no customer service good customer service not even a thank you she just looked at me, enrolled her eyes and walked off.

  The last 3 times I have purchased a bag of ice, the bags were partially melted when brought out to my car. Last visit I asked the girl why this keeps happening at this location. Her response was “Ma’am, the ice is NOT melted, it just got wet!” And rudely that was her response. So I then proceeded to ask if I could get one that wasn’t and was told no as she walked away. I also go to the location that is on Sycamore school Road as well as Alta Mesa Boulevard and I never have this issue. Pictures are provided on here.

  Was happy to use their app, when I was in checkout it said I got one drink free. Yay!

  Hit and miss location. Order incorrect last two visits, then act like it’s our fault. Burgers are good. Slushes are usually too sweet.

  My experience with Haley as a manager was extremely disappointing. She was very unprofessional throughout the interaction, and at one point she slammed the drive-thru window in my face, which I found rude and disrespectful. I expected much better customer service, especially from someone in a management position. Based on my experience, she did not handle the situation professionally or treat customers with respect. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. I hope the business addresses how customers are treated and provides better management training.
