    Drove up to the drive thru and asked for a small tots and a side of chilli. Person said that the restaurant doesn't sell a side of Chile. Told him to cancel my order as to him I wouldn't want to make it home and the tots be soggy. He then said he could charge me for a small chili cheese tot and separate the order to where the chili is on the side. When I arrived at the drive thru I paid 3.89 and received the bag. I checked it only to see a small tot and what appeared to be a 1oz cup of chili which is not nearly enough that would of been on it if I had ordered it normally. When I noticed the small amount I asked the cashier if I could pay for more. She nodded her head only for what I assume was the man who took my order, came up to the window upset to tell me that "there is no button" for a side of chilli or gravy. I told him the sauce isn't enough so there no way I can get any more. He said no. I was willing to pay for more but felt there was no persuading. What is even sadder is that I've gone to this location before and believe the same man or someone similar has sold me a side of chili where the receipt said "side of gravy". This experience will deter me from returning because of the service and for the fact that because of this complaint food would be tampered. What's even worse is that when I did get him I notice my tots were cold/stale. Paid 3.89 for stale tots and a sucky amount of chili. I live in a 2 person house hold where a can of chili from the store is way to much and a waste of money and food. Another reason why I asked for just this

    I get that Sonic was busy, which can definitely be frustrating, but that doesn't give the manager the right to take it out on his customers. He was extremely rude and made I did something wrong by punching a baby in the face….. I wanted an All American Burger. I actually felt bad, but I definitely won't be coming back here again. Jokes aside a customer service here sucks

    They where very rude I ordered a medium cheese sticks in a medium water she messed my order up in out a sweet tea in then just ended the order I pushed the button back in I asked the second person which was a man he said he would fix it in a rude way the girl that came to my car didn't even say hi how are you doing she just gave me the food in walked off very unprofessional in rude workers here

    I've come here twice in 3 weeks and ordered an m&m blast. Both times they dont even bother to fill it up all the way. One of those times I ordered extra toppings, didnt receive them. The most recent time its like there were barely an m&ms in there. Like why even bother coming here if they just going to throw my stuff together and serve it to me poorly??

    Went to order my food, didn't show on the screen to let me pay and I had to hit the button again to ask what's going on because it had already been 20 minutes since I ordered and the lady the answered and immediately disconnected from the stall after I asked her where the food was and if I could actually pay for it, they started bringing the food out with no machine to pay with so I said screw it a went somewhere else because what kind of service is that, I ask her what's going on and she doesn't say anything, just disconnects and pretty much ignores me altogether
