  The manager here Tim is an absolute angel and great person so it is a shame I have to write this one star review because of a certain employee. There is an employee I couldn’t get her name but she is African American girl with a septum piercing above her lip and a big build and she is an absolute rude employee who should not be employed at any establishment. My sister drives up to the drive thru and she just stands there and stares dead in her face for a good 6 seconds before my sister has to initiate the conversation. Very awkward. I guess customer service or a simple hello doesn’t exist now? She then decides to make small talk that came off as condescending and rude. This is not to mention the milkshakes were just terrible, runny and not up to par. Tim is a stand up guy but he missed the mark hiring this worker.

  I’ve literally been waiting for 30 minutes in a stall and still do not have my order. Worst experience ever!! They don’t answer orders in the “classic ordering stalls.” Whatever their process is of answering orders needs an overhaul immediately! RIDICULOUS! Get your drinks at the racetrack next door

  This Sonic is terrible. Every single time I try to give this place another try , I instantly regret my decision . I am constantly waiting an extremely longer than needed wait time in the drive-through. I have waited over 35 minutes before in the drive-through when there was only three people ahead of me . They have a high employee turnover as well as they can’t get the food order correctly at the window . The employees don’t even know how to greet and thank a customer nowadays.

  Not sure what's happening at this Sonic today but it was kind of a disaster. Pulled into the drive through line with only two cars ahead of us but waited 30 minutes to get to the window. Watched 5 cars bail out behind us. Get to the window and were greeted with "what did you order?" Oh, of course, cause I know it's been a minute since we ordered so let me tell you again. Avoid this place in the evening. Cause lame.

  This location used to be alright but has really gone downhill. I've been here probably 5 times in the past year and every single time the service is excessively slow (when there are minimal customers), the food is okay at best but if I order ahead and show up and still have to wait 20-30 mins when theres only 2 other customers, I get annoyed. Especially when I can see the employees playing around inside. Today was the last straw. Ordered ahead, small order, literally watched the girl give our order to another car, then 10mins later brings us half our order and tells us the ice cream machine is being cleaned and we can wait if we want and ran away. We already paid for 2 ice creams so..? I set a timer based on past experiences. We waited 45 minutes. Nothing. Tried to call and they had the phones turned off! So we had to drive up to the window to see what was going on. They try to tell us the machine just got back up and the ice cream was almost frozen. Yet I saw plenty other cars getting their ice creams during that 45mins. They start making our treats (which were solid and cold, there was nothing wrong with the ice cream machine. This was a blatant lie), then my very simple sundae was completely wrong. But I didnt have the patience to go back and forth anymore at this point over a simple small order. I just won't be going back for sub par food and drinks I can get anywhere else.
