  Absolutely the worst service I have gotten at any Sonic location ever. I waited half an hour, asked them how much longer it would be, waited another 15 minutes, then had to go through the drive thru where they handed the order right out. The complete lack of communication and having wasted so much of my time while I am trying to work was extremely unprofessional. I even spoke directly to the manager who seemed to not be very concerned with the whole process. I didn’t even get any sort of apology or offer to make things right, just told to have a good day as she closed the window on me, very disrespectful in my opinion.

  This location is pretty slow - I always get a 4 ct mozz and they take 15 mins to bring it to me almost every time

  On 7/19 - at 4:22PM stopped by the drive-in sonic to order a drink. The staff was laughing and hollering through the intercom while I’m placing my order. They started mocking my order and mimicking me. Management should really look into this and talk to these associates about professionalism. I’m really disappointed with the service. Regardless of them being kids there’s a level of service and training that should be addressed. Didn’t realize customer service sucked this much I wouldn’t have came here! Do better.
