Got 2 of the $7 Meals in the Drive-Thru. Decent, especially for the price.
Wait was a little long, but that's what happens when food is cooked to order.
Girl in the window was nice, even fixed the mistake on my drink without issue...
One of the slowest Sonics in the area. Have had a bad experience with the drive thru and the mobile app.

I waited at the drive-through speaker for five minutes with no one even acknowledging that someone was there. So I then pulled up to the drive-through window and waited another five minutes with no acknowledgment and someone came to the window so they knew that I was sitting there but walked away. So I drove off and I will never go back to that location again.

If I could give it 0 stars I would! Every single time I order ahead on the app and check in at the stall, my order is NEVER ready. What’s the point of ordering online if I still have to sit there forever waiting? Today I ordered 4 drinks and ended up waiting over 20 minutes in the car with absolutely no update, no apology, nothing. Meanwhile employees are walking around like nobody’s been waiting.
Customer service is terrible, communication is nonexistent, and the wait times are ridiculous for a fast food place. The drinks weren’t even made correctly after all that waiting. It honestly feels like they completely ignore online orders.
This location seriously needs better management and staff that actually care about customers. I’ve tried giving this Sonic multiple chances thinking maybe it was just a bad day, but it’s the same experience every time. Save yourself the frustration and go to a different Sonic because this one is by far the worst I’ve been to.If I could give it 0 stars I would! Waited over 10 minutes after pushing the red button to give our order. Waited over 15 minutes for food, it never came, we left. A small tot and 3 mini blasts, no communication, nothing.
