  Manager comes out to let us know the stalls were closed and only the drive-thru was open. Umm why? And why did she have to be rude about it? Then whoever answered the speaker was so rude. After saying our order she said "what else?" The only positive note was the guy at the window named Kale. He was very nice! Maybe the manager should learn from him.

  The last few times coming I’ve been having to wait 15-20+ just for drinks. Usually I just use the drive thru since I do mobile orders, but today the drive thru is “closed”. At this point I’ll just stick to going to the one on basswood.

  Came to this sonic last week after placing a mobile order that went through. When I arrived, it was basically closed and there were other people just waiting as well thinking that they were open. The store never did a refund for the mobile order. I would avoid this store for the in accurate times and taking peoples money.

  Came today at 9:45 and it's supposed to be open and it's completely closed down there's nobody there nobody answered none of the things not on my ordering not drive-thru and not the little kiosk. Like the store should be open because they serve breakfast but again 9:45 a.m. and nobody's there
