  Drive thru is terrible... the sign on the outside does not match what they have on the inside... so watch what you order when you give them a number for an order... this wouldnt be so bad, if the screen worked showing what you ordered, or if they just read back the order to confirm that they got it right.... Very frustrating.... I dont blame the workers... this is a MANAGEMENT problem!

  I love this sonic! Its so fun to see the new menu items and their specials! There were these two girls who I think are sisters! They look so alike and they were very sweet towards me! They made sure i got everything in my order and greeted me nicely. I will be coming back!!

  The service is trash at this Sonic probably the worse Sonic I ever been to, I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes to the point of going inside. I do not recommend coming to this Sonic trust me you will be disappointed.

  The last few visits I’ve had at this location have been horrendous. From incorrect food to straight up wasting my time while i stand there 30+ minutes waiting for an order i placed online because the workers cant be bothered to just inform you of things they dont have they just dont put your meal together or ask you if you want something else. But the icing on the cake that made me delete my 5 star review and replace it with this one star review is today putting my order in AFTER the place opens and when i get there waiting for them to come on the box and instead getting ignored. Tried pulling up. Ignored. Tried going inside. Doors still locked almost 30 minutes after opening. Tried calling. No answer. And i can actively see theres workers inside. I literally drive across town to come to this location because the one near my home is worse but if the horrible app change had me on the fence about stopping coming to sonic, this has solidified it.
