  Недавно посетили этот стейк-хаус, и впечатления остались только самые положительные! Стейки были приготовлены идеально — сочные, ароматные и именно той степени прожарки, которую мы заказали. Порции большие, ингредиенты свежие, а гарниры прекрасно дополняют основное блюдо. Отдельно хочется отметить дружелюбный и внимательный персонал. Обслуживание было быстрым, сотрудники регулярно интересовались, всё ли нас устраивает, но при этом не были навязчивыми. Атмосфера очень уютная, с настоящим техасским колоритом, поэтому здесь приятно провести как семейный ужин, так и встречу с друзьями. Обязательно вернемся снова и с удовольствием будем рекомендовать это место всем любителям отличных стейков!

  This location is the preferred location. I have never had an issue with the service, staff or the food. Today was the only day that the manager came to an all white table to greet and did not come to a black table. He just skipped us. This location is diverse. I’ve never felt this way with any manager but him. His name is Cameron. I am not pleased. The exception was our server Patrick. He made up for Cameron’s short coming

  The host had an attitude on her face as we walked in. After a different server delivered our appetizer we asked if we could place an additional app order. She then rudely yelled over to our waiter pointing her finger at us informing him we wanted to order more things. All the service felt very rushed. The staff were arguing loudly around our table. At the end my plate was taken away from me when I wasn’t finished eating. The food was good however the dining experience was ruined by the staffs behavior.

  Very disappointing experience. We were a party of seven, and from the moment we sat down, it felt like we were being rushed through our meal so that our table could be given to a larger party. My sister was still eating her food when she paused to take a drink of water, and the waiter came over, took her plate away, and immediately brought us the bill. It made us feel extremely unwelcome and hurried. In addition, my mother had to ask multiple times for a to go cup. Each time, she was either ignored or interrupted, with staff assuming she was asking for a to-go box instead. Even after clarifying, it still took several requests to receive what she asked for. Throughout our visit, it felt like we were constantly being talked over and pressured to finish our conversations and our meal as quickly as possible. To make matters worse, staff appeared to be discussing internal issues and frustrated with each other in front of customers, which created an unprofessional atmosphere. This experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and far below the level of service we expected. We will not be returning.

  The night started off ok. BUT.... Then we had to ask for bread 3 times before getting it. Asked for a 2nd glass for the bottle of wine we ordered, twice. My wife and I both ordered the blackened redfish with shrimp. They both came out with the shrimp over cooked and cold. I'm talking literally like sitting in front of the air conditioner for 20 minutes cold. They finally got our order out Hot and fresh this time. Shrimp still way over cooked. But we were full on the side dishes and bread and unable to finish our meals. The whole night i kept feeling like I'm getting dripped on but can't figure it out. I finally remember, after we paid, that i have my pocket flashlight. I turn it on and look up to see the A/C vent dripping all over me. The manager was apologetic but only took my name to give to the general manager. I would not recommend this saltgrass to anyone. Go to north Arlington or Mansfield. They are both terrific.
