  10/10 took myself on a date & I am so glad I did!! Everything was so good!! I didnt get a picture of the Brussel sprouts or the bread because it was just too good!! I ordered the filet with shrimp, Brussel sprouts, mac n cheese, & a ceasar salad. Everything was well presented & cooked to my liking. Colten was my server & he did a great job of making me feel taken care of. I ordered 2 deserts to go & theyre both up to par with everything else I ordered. I cant wait to come back & get everything again!!

  Had not been to a Saltgrass for years so we went to the Fort Worth location and wow!! Prices have gone through the roof! The lunch special with the 10oz. Ribeye is no longer available. So the next best priced ribeye is $32dollars with one side!! Will not come back. We did get the chicken fried chicken will rate it later after I eat!

  As a Landry’s member, I am beyond disappointed with our experience at Saltgrass. We went for dinner yesterday, and everything was perfectly fine until it came time to pay the check. We personally handed our waiter our debit card, but somehow, through pure incompetence, our check and debit card were misplaced. The waiter then came back to our table asking if we had even put a debit card inside the check. We assured her multiple times that we absolutely did. The moment she asked that question, we immediately felt uneasy and unsafe about our personal financial information. I flagged down a manager for help, hoping he would take the situation seriously. Instead, he completely brushed us off, saying someone was already looking for it. It felt dismissive and uncaring as if because it wasn’t his personal debit card, it wasn’t a priority. About 20 minutes later, another manager stopped by our table and asked us AGAIN if we had put a debit card in. At that point, it felt insulting. What exactly were they implying? That we showed up to dinner without a way to pay and expected the restaurant to cover our bill? Instead of questioning the clear mistake made by their staff, we felt like we were being accused of being dishonest. Thirty minutes into this stressful situation, same manager came by asking for the name on the debit card. Then suddenly, a different waiter walked up with our check and debit card in hand. Apparently, our waiter had left our debit card at a completely random table. This is not just an inconvenience it is a serious security concern. Our personal banking information was left vulnerable where anyone could have taken a picture of our debit card information. The lack of urgency, accountability, and professionalism from management only made the situation worse and left us feeling humiliated and disrespected. As a loyal Landry’s member, this experience was unacceptable and has seriously damaged my trust in Saltgrass.

  Everything was great except for being put in an uncomfortable booth. Felt like trying to eat in a highchair. Only 16-18" of room between seat and table. Seat was worn so table was higher than usual. I'm sure we weren't the only customers put in this position. Over in section 22 by the kitchen hall. We'll be back because the steaks are worth it! Next time we'll know. Service was great and definitely worth 5 stars.

  This was our date night place of choice...It wasn't my first choice but hubby wanted steak and TRH was extremely crowded so we chose Saltgrass ..we got there at 8 we were seated at 8:10pm, 15 minutes had passed before our server took our drink order and she kind of rushing us to order our food after she took the drink order we said give us a few more minutes, so by the time she brought our drinks back we placed our food order at that point! So some time had passed and Cynthia(Server) walked passed us numerous times never stopped to let know if our food would be coming out soon, but she stood at the table next to us having long conversations and not even looking our way till she had finished talking she refilled our tea but still never addressed how long it would be before we get our food, the couple that came in after we did got their food in no time so here it is 9:00 and another guy came out with our food! My grilled chicken had already gotten cold and dry, the four lil grilled shrimp i got on the side was cold and my Brussels sprouts were hard and cold as well, my husband's baked potato was cold and so was his steak and ribs we ate a little bit and asked for to go boxes and our server seemed annoyed that we asked but who gonna sit there and continue to eat cold food and the server was already showing us no attention to begin with so we decided to take our food home!
