  Well, I made a mistake... I do my own bbq at home and I am a bit more particular about what I like. So I decided a late dinner would be better than sweating it out on my own grill/smoker. I want to start by saying my wife loved her "lean" brisket sandwich. Now about my meal... I cannot say anyone should EVER eat the baby back ribs. I wish I could say otherwise but they are the worst I have ever tasted. The amount of fat was ridiculous and the lack of (positive) texture was really bad. The meat was salty (really) and favorless. There was no place you bite them and not get a mouthful of fat. The sauce couldn't save them. The best part of my meal was the coleslaw (which i don't normally eat much of). This Rudy's is close to home and I have made this mistake before in trying their chicken. I have to say fool me once shame on me, fool me twice, yeah, still my bad (there won't be a third)...

  Got breakfast tacos today… They weren’t even hot enough to melt some of the overwhelming amount of cheese… bacon is all folded up on one side… the tortilla is some cheap, nasty store bought variety… Skip breakfast here and go across to Rosa’s!!!
