  So I love Q Doba. I sat in front of Chipotle because it was right there for 15 minutes but decided to drive 10 minutes to come to Qdoba. I usually go to the other location but I was on this side. It's usually something off with this one so I rarely come to this location. However, I ordered the nachos with double protein to go and when we get to the end, I was informed they ran out of sour cream with 2 hours to close. So I said I hopefully have some at home not expired. I paid and then asked for a water cup. She said they were out of those. I asked since they were out of two things would it be possible to get a cup as a courtesy. She told no and that I would need to pay $1. I asked how much sour cream was and she replied $2. However, she still refused to give me a cup to get ice water in 98 degree weather although I'm paying for food without all the included condiments. Great customer service goes a long way. As a past manager, I would have paid that $1 out my pocket than to get a bad review from.an unhappy customer. Definitely avoidable. Go to the location on Tehama. Never an issue.

  Riley is the type of employee every fast food restaurant aspires to be staffed with. I have celiac disease, so I have to request a glove change for my meals to prevent gluten cross contamination. There are many times at restaurants where this request is met with eye rolls, sighing, or disbelief, but not here! Not only is Riley happy to change gloves for me, she remembers me when I come in so I don’t even have to ask! She’s served me at this location 5+ times and is always consistent in her service. She asks all the right questions and makes sure you have all that you need before you leave. Love this location!

  Staff is rude and impatient, this is my second time going there in 2 years and everytime they have an attitude and there’s never even customers in there to be being rushed.

  I ordered a bowl and picked the items I wanted. The ladies behind the counter were helpful, courteous and friendly.

  I usually don’t leave a review on Google. But since we weren’t able to speak to a manager, I’ll leave a review. I have mixed feelings about our trip. The one girl in a maroon shirt (Angeleen) that made our food was amazing, did what she was asked and was polite and made sure we had everything. The taller girl in the black polo was very rude to the maroon shirt coworker. It looked like she was a shift lead or manager but very rude and interrupted her multiple times. She had a sour face on the whole time we ate while we were there. At the beginning I went back up to ask for the chips and asked the taller one for them she said she would bring them to us in a few. Half way through we went and asked Angeleen for them and was greeted with a smile and didn’t wait. The manager was asked for when we were checking out paying and have yet to see them make their way out. Now with all of this said yes we did come during a rush and they did receive multiple to go orders while we were there. But that does NOT give the taller black polo shirt lady the right to act like a stuck up mean girl to sum it up politely.
