Came in Saturday for the first time. They play yacht rock and have boating flare hidden everywhere with a huge wooden boat frame over the main dining area. We ordered a few items to sample. My favorite was the bacon wrapped shrimp with dirty rice! The shrimp were huge and sweet with a light charged taste. Our waiter Whitney was a real foodie with great ingredient knowledge. She asked about our taste preferences before suggesting dishes that she knew matched our taste, which was unique. We had a tiny, terrible table behind the bar, but she made it work, cascading our order and tidied the table between courses. When we asked for boxes she said “I’d love to pack that for you!”, a class act. She even had the kitchen split our entrees which was just thoughtful. We’ll make a reservation for a better table next time.

Not impressed. Service was fine even if the employees dress code was extremely casual but the overall atmosphere was less than pictures portrayed. It seemed more of a family owned and run café than finer dining. The food was very disappointing. Very overcooked fish, under seasoned and bland all around. Not chef made, line cooks. You can see The kitchen throughout the restaurant. One member of our group was violently ill from the food. Perhaps it was a bad night but based on the conflict that was obvious as two waitresses almost had a fist fight during service, i would have to say the problems due within management. If things dont improve, this restaurant will not have many repeat customers. I would have been disappointed if I had paid half of the cost. Actually, I wouldn't have eaten it if it where free. Find elsewhere if you want a good meal. Even the salad was sub par. Update: Received an apology response via email with an offer of a gift card if I supply address. Email is from a do not reply sender so that makes suppling address a bit difficult.

So me and a friend went to this location on 8/11/2026 at approx 3:15pm we ordered a couple of appetizers the shrimp toast (was pretty good) oysters (he said they were good) and the BEIGNET STYLE HUSHPUPPIES (Horrible because they did not change their grease out and the grease was old and gross tasting AND they were overcooked as well which made it even worse. When I told the staff about them being bad and not wanting them they just left them on the table without removing them so had to deal with bad grease smell. We both got the COD FISH & CHIPS and yes the fries were just as bad as the hushpuppies with old nasty oil AND when I told them about them I squeezed a fry and about a teaspoon of oil flooded my hand it was that soaked with oil. The manager did offer to replace the fries and i asked for the broccoli. WELL the flavor was there but the food temp was not it was hardly warm and well below food service guidelines. The fish was large in size but no flavor and if you ate the fish alone without the batter was like eating no taste iykyk The tartar sauce was bland as well and it seemed like everything needed salt. The slaw that came on the plate taste amazing however it was warm. If it was chilled it would have been on of the best i had ever eaten but sadly it was warm. We ordered a lemon tart for dessert and well that was HARD on the bottom where a fork had trouble piercing it and we knocked it against the table like a piece of wood. I twas day old NOT fresh and seemed to be made off site because if that was made in house that is even worse. Maybe the cooks need to be reevaluated on food service standards so the customers do not have to suffer. Test orders should be made daily and tasted my the managers to ensure proper food quality is being maintained. The staff except not taking away things i said were wrong and that i was not going to eat they did a good job. Now for the price that was pad in the location as well you would think this kind of food would not be served it was just sad and way over priced for so many food issues. The manager brought the check over and made it seem like he did us a favor by removing the items that were wrong from the bill. Guess what that is not a favor what was ordered was not given THAT is the reason for taking them off imo.

This place is an absolute gem! The food was incredible—artfully presented, packed with flavor, and very reasonably priced. We had amazing service, and after reading a positive review about Whitney, we were lucky enough to be seated in her section; she was truly fantastic. The management was very present and friendly, and the staff was impressively organized and efficient. We visited on Saturday night (8/8/26) with a reservation and were seated in a comfortable, roomy booth with great decor. While some reviews mention the music being too loud, we found it to be just right—audible, but at a level where you can still converse easily. Every detail was spot on, from the polished silverware and fresh plates to the well-made drinks and perfectly chilled wine. The staff was friendly throughout the meal, and we were especially enjoyed the Redfish! The sushi and the nearly frozen chocolate mousse were also delicious! We will definitely be returning, likely for a lunch date next time! Thank you Whitney & Brad for an exceptional evening!

lovely experience here!! we had dinner here for a mermaid themed bachelorette and we had a great time. katie was our server, and she was sooo wonderful and sweet, offered to take photos for us, and even though we were a relatively big party she didn’t seem to break a sweat and was a total sweetheart the whole time. loved the ocean theme everywhere, drinks were good and not overly sweet (big pet peeve of mine) and i’m vegan so i actually brought my own “fish” filets for them to make for me lol i still wanted to participate in the theme/vibe, and they were willing to do it and even plated it nicely for me!! i also got a side of broccolini and fries to go with it and it was perfect. i’m still a bit annoyed my stomach wasn’t big enough to finish everything because it was that good.
