  This location was a horrible experience I waited 1 hour for 8 boneless wings and a Dr. Pepper. The staff were 2 young ladies one mixed with a bun on her head and 2 lips rings one on the left side and one on the right. The other yung lady a Hispanic with burgundy highlights. They were rude to every customer that came in no sense of urgency. I got up and seen the wings were done, but just sitting on the counter top where the Hispanic lady was spraying cleaning supplies over the chicken outside the open container. They tried to give me the cold contaminated chicken and I refused politely. I asked to have fresh made chicken wings and explained the reason and of course the Mixed African American chick caught an attitude and started talking crazy telling me I either take these or I’m not getting nothing and if they remake it then I’ll have to pay again. I refused and I started making calls to get things handle the right way. They even gave the wings that were made to a young gentleman out in front of the store while ignoring me. Luckily I knew ppl within the franchise and I kept my composer and stayed professional. This store has very poor representation and I will not be returning to the location and I’ll advocate to my friends/family to do the same.

  Pizza was hot and looked appealing. The employee lifted the pizza box lid at the counter to confirm I was happy with the pizza. The new hand tossed crust was tasty but it was tough. The cuts appeared to make it through but a couple slices ended up tearing in half trying to separate some pieces.

  Stood at the counter for over 10 minutes. Employee saw me, but never came to help me. No other customers in the store. I just wanted to pick up my order. Had to walk away empty handed. Would give less than 1 star if possible.

  I keep giving this location a chance since I'm right up the road from it. The WORST. Burnt thin crust pizza and hand tossed pizza. Missing wings. Gave me 7 wings instead of 8. Turn the oven down or cook for a few less minutes! Who wants burnt cheese, stiff as a board PIZZA Woman said she was sending $7 back to my card. I NEVER SAW IT. It's been almost 2 weeks 😐
