We placed an online order to be picked up. We pulled up before the online tracker said my order was ready....doors locked. I called 3 times the ladies just picked up the and said they were closed. I still didn't get my order I placed 20 mins before hand. I sat outside until they came out and asked for my order and they said they were closed, hopped in the car and drove off. What kind of customer service is that? I am beyond pissed. 🤬 Do better Pizza Hut

Ordered a pizza from here the other night on the phone. Drive five minutes to pick it up. It was still almost 10 minutes until close. They wouldn't open the door. Kept waving my friend away. He kept telling them we have an order to pick up. Finally one of them came to the front and told him your order got cancelled cuz we already turned off they ovens. Wth??!! You couldn't tell us that on the phone when we ordered? That's a load of crap if you ask me. Terrible service in this regard. Try harder Pizza Hut.

I put an order in at 10:30 using the online app. My order was confirmed, set for delivery, a delivery time was given and the money was taken out of my account. At 11:10 my order still had not arrived so I called the store no answer. I drive up there to find out that they’re closed. They took my money and never made my order and refused to do anything about it when I called them saying that my order was not in their system. I even offered to show them the email confirming the order and my bank account where it shows the money being taken out, and the manager still said that she cannot do anything because no order shows up in their system. Out advise everyone to stay away from this location, especially if you’re trying to put an order in later in the evening because they don’t want to stay and do the work.
