  I put an order in at 10:30 using the online app. My order was confirmed, set for delivery, a delivery time was given and the money was taken out of my account. At 11:10 my order still had not arrived so I called the store no answer. I drive up there to find out that they’re closed. They took my money and never made my order and refused to do anything about it when I called them saying that my order was not in their system. I even offered to show them the email confirming the order and my bank account where it shows the money being taken out, and the manager still said that she cannot do anything because no order shows up in their system. Out advise everyone to stay away from this location, especially if you’re trying to put an order in later in the evening because they don’t want to stay and do the work.

  Made an order at 10 they close at 11 and my order was not fulfilled. Never got a call from them saying they were going to close their store early and order had to be cancelled.

  Aiden, Jay, and Andi The rest of his crew were super awesome made our food totally up to par. We had such a good time with them. We will definitely come back and order pizza here again they took care of us and made sure we had such a fun be time. Service was awesome atmosphere was amazing. Food was totally great.❤️💓🖤

  I am a guest at my uncle’s house tonight and he called to place an order over the phone. He was on the phone for about 6 minutes and gave special instructions asking to make sure the delivery driver had change for a $20 bill so he could give a tip AFTER he already gave his debit card information to pay for the order. When door dash arrived they were expecting cash. The sweet lady sat here for 45+ minutes on the phone with door dash and Pizza Hut. My uncle and her have called several times trying to pay for the order so she isn’t charged herself and they hung up on him and her at least 3 times. They cannot find the order. They cannot take payment over the phone. They called the wrong location (even though it’s listed on the receipt). So many wild excuses. My uncle just drove up there 15 minutes before closing to attempt to pay again because they are apparently that incompetent and he does not want the door dash driver to be charged for our order. Please don’t support a circus of a business that acts entitled and hangs up on its customers and delivery drivers especially when they are only trying to do the right thing after the business employees FAILED miserably on several counts.
