  Absolutely horrible. Pizza tasted stale. When we went to store there was no one at front desk I even tried to call people they didnt even respond and kept talking to each other after loke 15-20 minutes they came and order took arpund 35-40 minutes to arrive after ordering.

  Arrived for a pickup nobody came to the front until after close to 10 min… Nobody never acknowledged anybody was in the building.

  I originally received an order that had oversauced wings, as a result it spilt all over my car, when I called the store and told the manager about the situation she proceeded to hang up on me after explaining, phone call was at 11:44PM, I called trying back again 4 minutes later and she hung up before even accepting the phone call, Pixza Hut can track their phone calls. On top of that when I came inside the store for an apology in person cuz that’s all I wanted for buffalo sauce in my car, she then told me to leave for recording voice audio without her permission whenever permission isn’t needed. All I was looking for was an apology and all I got was a rude shift manager. Never ordering from here again nor am I delivering from this location again for DoorDash
