  Customer service is always pretty good and they rarely if ever mess up our order.

  Horrible in every aspect I ordered at 4:44 pm at the counter with no menu board present the lady said 20 min. Went to the restroom and I couldn't use it. The sink was dirty, the floors were worse than a gas station, the toilets both had hair and feces on them. I didn't use the restroom. Went to sit at a table I passed 4 that were dirty, desserts torn and stained. Still had to sit at a table that was dirty... the place is very dated, dark, and dusty. It took till 5:26 pm to get my order. I literally was upset, there was no communication, no apologies, nothing.... get to my car and the wings had the sauce at the bottom and the boneless wings placed on top didn't realize I was supposed to shake it by myself smh.

  I’ve been to this store many times and they are always so great. Food is amazing and people are super friendly would and do visit often.

  My husband ordered his pizza and wings at 4:50 PM and had to call them about an hour later. App says it was delivered and it was not. Called pizza hut, they re made the order and said it was on its way. Pizza didn't arrive to the hotel until 7:00 PM & that's after he called to tell them just to give his money back. If I could give 0 stars I would!
