Instead, I received 12 Honey BBQ wings, which I did not order. I brought the mistake to an employee’s attention at approximately 6:31 p.m. The restaurant can review the security footage to see whom I spoke with. Her rude response was, “We made what was ordered.” That was incorrect, and she showed no empathy or willingness to resolve the issue. Mistakes happen, but the dismissive attitude and poor customer service made the experience even worse.

One of them I assume can’t walk because the other one always gets up to get the pizza. Today when I came in the lady at the register was on the phone, I started to ask the lady sitting down about my order. She got up as I was looking at her about to speak, she walked right in front of me then off to the side without speaking a word to me. It was the most bizarre thing I’ve ever seen… it was as if I didn’t exist. A man in the back saw it happen and came up to haha me instead.
