  I placed an order online and came into the store to pick it up. When I gave my name, I was told it did not come up in the system. I checked the address in my confirmation email to make sure I was at the correct location, and Brianna confirmed that I was. I then tried to show her my order number, but she rudely cut me off and began helping another customer. After assisting that customer, she walked to the back of the store without trying to resolve my issue. I stood where I could be seen, and eventually she returned at her leisure to help me. Again, I attempted to provide my order number, but she said she could not help and needed a manager, then walked away once more. While speaking with the manager in the back, she yelled a question toward me. When I answered, she interrupted me again in a rude manner. The manager then came forward, asked for my email address and telephone number, and was able to locate my order with no problem. It was very disappointing to experience such poor customer service. Communication, professionalism, and courtesy are basic expectations in any role, especially one involving customers. Unfortunately, Brianna demonstrated none of those qualities during this interaction.

  I ordered 2 pizzas with pan crust for pick up. When we got home we opened the box and noticed that the crust was wrong, it was thin and doughy unlike the crunchy buttery crust I was expecting from the pan. I called and spoke to a man, upon explaining what happened he said to take the pizzas back and they would exchange them. I sent my roommate to get the pizzas, when he arrived the man looked at the pizza and said naw that's pan crust and slid it back to him. Mind you I have ordered the same pizzas exactly the same 3 times before, and immediately noticed the difference. He did not attempt in the least to make it right. We ended up with cold dinner that was not made right. The pizza was wrong and the customer service was horrible. Pizza hut you need to do better.
