This was my first time dining here. I usually end up mext door. Met friends for dinner. I had the chicken Tigen Enchiladas with rice and pinto beans. Traci, our waiter was very good at helping me decide on my choices. The Enchiladas were delicious! Traci was right. She was friendly, professional, and very good at her job. One of my friends meal took way to long to come out. When it did the shrimp were burnt. Traci helped facilitate getting the manager involved. Erin, the manager, made sure that my friend's meal was re-cooked properly. Erin didn't stop at that. She gave all of us gift cards so we will be back. The teamwork with Traci and her manager, Erin, really made for a great dining experience. Looking forward to going back.

The wait time is crazy long even with a reservation. If you have a large party it depends on the table if your party is 4 or less. The food is amazingly a little rush at times but still good. The wait staff have very poor communication and management is not good at managing. I will go back for sure for the fajitas.

I ordered the beef fajitas last night, and unfortunately, they were completely inedible. Every single piece of meat was extremely tough—to the point where I couldn't even pull it apart with my fingers (I wish I could upload a video here to show just how impossible it is to tear apart). On top of the toughness, parts of it almost seemed undercooked.
I will say that their tortillas are good—that’s the only reason this isn't zero stars, because if I could give zero stars, I would. With the prices they charge here, the quality control on the meat needs to be a lot better.

Not sure what was going on today. The Server was great but even though there weren't a lot of people there for lunch, it took over 30 minutes and 3 tries by the Server and him finally getting the Manager involved just to get the kitchen to get us a bowl of queso dip. The food, once we finally got it nearly 90 minutes after we ordered it, was very good BUT didn't include everything we ordered. They did try to make it right and didn't charge us for the queso or the items the kitchen didn't put on the order. Probably won't be back, certainly won't if we only have an hour for lunch.

Pappasito’s Cantina has become our family’s “must stop” whenever we’re in Texas. It’s my daughter’s favorite Mexican restaurant, and after this visit, it’s easy to see why.
One piece of advice—make reservations! We waited over an hour on a previous visit, but this time we were seated within minutes. It made all the difference, especially with two young grandsons joining us.
We ordered the Family Platter #1, and it was outstanding. The beef fajitas were tender and juicy, the grilled chicken was perfectly cooked, the shrimp were delicious, and all the fresh tortillas and sides made it a meal everyone enjoyed. The margaritas were excellent, too!
A special shout-out to our server, Ben. He was fantastic! Even though the restaurant was busy, he kept everything flowing smoothly, made sure drinks stayed full, and timed everything perfectly. Friendly, attentive service like his really elevates the entire dining experience.
The restaurant was lively and a bit noisy, but our table near the back made conversation easy. We also appreciated the smart planning by our daughter and son-in-law, who ordered the boys’ meals with the drinks. Happy kids meant a relaxed dinner for everyone!
Outstanding food, exceptional service, and wonderful family memories. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Texas. Highly recommended! 🌮🍹👏
