- CMChris Martinez4 days ago5.0I've been a patron of Pappasito's Cantina for decades! The thing is consistency... You always know what the food is going to taste like; amazing! It's some of the best Mexican food in the country, no matter which location. It may be a bit more expensive than other Tex-Mex, but here you get what you pay for, delicious, rich food, served in large portions.

I will give it to you for being a Saturday and busy and the waitress was busy so I didn’t expect much BUT first off can I say the chairs are awful. To charge so much and you can’t even update your chairs. Very uncomfortable. Y’all use to give a few salsa samples. Loved that. Y’all don’t have that anymore I guess. I have not been in years and thought I would treat me and my daughter. Was the biggest waste of money but I won’t be back and the reason is the FOOD!!!!!! Maybe some mid type people that don’t know good food. I like some Tex Mex sometimes but this was awful. I ordered chicken fajitas. Well y’all clearly boiled the chicken breast. No bell peppers at all. Beans were blah and rice was gross. But the chicken !!!! 🤮. Yall charged me $30 for that. Outrageous. Pics posted. I took the rest to my dogs. The chips were flaky bits It was just a really bad experience. I will just stick with my local Mexican restaurant where they put heart and sound into their food and chairs !!!!!

The chips and salsa were delicious, the portions were generous, and every dish was packed with authentic Tex-Mex flavor. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Thanks to our server Ethan, he was great. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was fun and relaxing, and everything exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for fantastic Tex-Mex foot!

The person who took my call was named Maria she was real sweet and attentive very patient with me over the phone while i decided what to get she recommended the lamb chops so i settled for those she walked me through the whole process of ordering to-go she was wonderful from start to finish when i arrived to pick my order up luckily Maria was the one who greeted me and gave me my order she was very welcoming with a bright smile on her face she genuinely seemed happy to help me and made me feel very welcomed. Honestly when i ordered the lamb chops I was un sure what to expect when I say they were amazing the seasoning was perfect nothing to complain about. Im giving this place a 5 star review because Maria went above and beyond with her service props to her she was amazing at her job will order to-go from here again.
- CDCurtis DuncanJun 28, 20263.0Got there before the evening crowd on a Monday. I arrived before the rest of my party. They sat me right away. Waitress was very nice and got my drink order and a guacamole appetizer ordered. The rest of my party showed up about 5 minutes later and everybody placed their drink orders. Shortly after that we got our guacamole. We placed our orders, three adult meals two child meals. The waitress did a great job of refilling our drinks and checking in on us but the food took forever. We were visiting so we weren't really concerned about it, the waitress really was and mentioned it multiple times. She had the manager come out and apologize as well. Again we were not too concerned about it and said so. Once we got our food everything was as it should be. The food presentation and taste was good, nothing to write home about. As we were finishing the meal, the waitress once again brought up about the link the mail was taken to get out and had the manager comp are appetizer and he also gave us sopapillas. The waitress did a very good job with the exception that she kept throwing the kitchen under the bus. Tried to explain that we were okay since we were visiting with our son who lives 4 hours away. But she persisted. Did take a little bit to get the check and to cash out. The dining area needed to be swept. 2 of the menus had dried out salsa all in them and the bathrooms were dirty. Overall, did was ok, service would be 5 star but for placing blame on the kitchen, and atmosphere needed some work.
