My pizza showed as “Ready for Pickup” in the app, but when I arrived, there was a huge line of people waiting for their orders. The cashier was extremely slow, dragging her feet as she walked, with her pants hanging halfway down. There was absolutely no sense of urgency despite how crowded the place was, especially on a Saturday night. If an order is marked as “Ready for Pickup,” customers should not arrive only to find themselves waiting in a long line with everyone else. Very disappointing experience.

I would leave a minus 0 for the rudeness displayed by the woman that took our order. No tip was left because of her attitude and that was the beginning of the vindictive behavior that resulted with her refusing to unlock the bathroom door to use it while waiting for the pizza after multiple requests to do so. We are senior citizens and certainly deserved more respect than this!! So disappointed when we arrived home and saw that the pizza had very little sauce or extra cheese. This was totally unacceptable for anyone to have to go through this especially since we order pizza from this store often but never saw the people working there today, before. We never saw her put on gloves to work the dough after taking the order so now we are actually afraid to eat any of it after her behavior. Will never ever step foot back in that store and hope no one else ever has to be treated this way. Papa John’s you deserve employees that have a respect for your customers, not someone that exhibits such unprofessional appalling behavior!!!!!!
