  For our 2 year anniversary, we wanted to try Outback Steakhouse. When we received our food, we found a GIANT HORSE FLY inside my wifes salad. It was the size of a crouton and it was charred so it was definitely cooked with the chicken that came with her salad. It was super disgusting and made her nauseous and nearly puke. After we brought this to the managers attention, he gave us an email to their customer service that way they can rectify their service and make things right. BUT when we tried to use that email, we discovered that the address the manager gave us was DEAD so we were unable to contact the customer service. Fortunately, there was a Texas Roadhouse right next door so all was not lost, highly recommend Texas Roadhouse and would definitely steer clear of this place!

  I had a great experience with meeting the managers and my server was wonderful his name is David! He deserves a raise and he has a great smile on his face with a positive attitude and he has beautiful white teeth! Haha he’s very kind and greeted me perfectly. His service is what everyone is looking for when. They come out to eat! His fast past, enthusiasm, and kindness really stood out. Beyond compare. Thank you! 🤩

  We went there with our kiddos and none of us were very satisfied with the food. The blooming onion tasted like the oil needed to be changed and was a bit burnt. The steaks were a bit dry and tough. The asparagus was AMAZING though. My husband had the pasta and it didn’t impress him much at all. He said the sauce tasted as if it was jar sauce. The coconut shrimp was a bit overcooked and the batter just kind of fell off and was SO thick. We had went there for valentines and were impressed but last night was just a a huge disappointment. We took our kids there to experience what we had in February and they said “what were y’all thinking”, my youngest said “chilis steak is better mom”. It was nice going in, greeted with smiles, our waiter was okay but he seemed a bit more interested in talking to the ladies who were at the front seating people. We had to ask another waiter for boxes for the food we were iffy about taking home and for a refill. My girl loved the Mac n cheese!

  Went to go eat there for our anniversary, found the biggest horse fly in my salad. It was the size of a croton!! Nastiest experience ever, we had to go to Texas Roadhouse next door because I was nauseous after seeing that and couldn’t imagine what else was lurking in our food. Very unclean

  We always enjoy going here and the food is consistently good. The last two times we have been though the service has been lacking. The waiter brought out my husband’s meal and the rest of us sat there for another 10 + minutes waiting. When we asked, he said he forgot to put in our order but it was coming soon. Also when you enter the restaurant you walk into a counter piled with stuff, even some trash. It does not give you a good feeling about coming in to eat there.
