  I get my breakfast with zero syrup utensils no butter nothing for my “big breakfast”. Lady didn’t even smile at all at the window and was inconvenienced to get me picante sauce. Iced coffee gross. That’s why I go to Einstein bagels and won’t ever be back to McDonald’s for breakfast. I want a refund for this review to come down

  Pulled up 1150pm advises closes at 12 announcement came out they were closed poor service and obvious they closd early false advertising if thats the case advise you close early dont post false hours

  This location consistently forgets to put the ‘breakfast’ sauce that is supposed to come on the breakfast bagels almost every time I order here before work, so much so that I have to pay the extra 30 cents to specify “extra” breakfast sauce to make sure it’s not forgotten and even then it’s either not even extra or not on there at all, like today. As well as multiple times I have come in after mobile ordering to see my order complete right there in front of me on their assembly station only to be completely ignored by employees for 5-10 minutes when all they have to do is hand off my bag and I can be on my way. Recently the last couple times I’ve visited they’ve started putting my complete order out where I’m able to just come in and grab it myself though which is why I’m leaving 2 stars instead of 1.

  Ordered 2 large boxes of chicken nuggets. A 20 and a 40 with all the sauces they would allow. Only hot sauces for the 20 nuggets. Not the 40. Poor poor service and disappointed my little kids at the pool.
