- PPpApr 21, 20261.0I see multiple reviews with the same issue as me - missing items from the order. We placed a pickup order and they missed a meal. When I tried to get a refund for the missing burger, the manager Lucero hung up on me 4 times and was being rude. I was not able to get a refund because she kept hanging up. The rest of the workers there that I have dealt with have always been nice, not sure what is up with Lucero. I am still trying to figure out how to get a refund.
