  This place is very disappointing, especially during the morning shift. The staff seemed unorganized and inattentive. Even when customers were standing at the front counter, no one acknowledged them or took their orders. On June 27, 2026, I waited approximately 40 minutes just to get a refill, while many other customers were also waiting for assistance and their orders. The morning shift clearly needs better organization and customer service. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend coming here in the morning until these issues are addressed.

  Manager literally just told me on the phone because they had me park for 10+ minutes just to hand me the wrong food. Called and manager said “oh I got it here, whoops” no trying to remedy or anything.

  Everytime I go and the inside drive-thru line is full and I go to the outside lane no one ever responds . They’re terrible about it I’ve gone since they opened the store and since then till today it’s happened about 10 times . No one answers the outside drivethru lane so you either have to scream till someone hears or drive around the building and go to the inside line . Terrible service all young kids who mess up the order half the time as well . Save your time and money and drive to the next closest McDonald’s .

  This is literally the least efficient McDonalds in the state of Texas. Fast food that takes an hour to get is absolutely pointless. None of us should even be eating this processed garbage to begin with.

  Great team and staff. I called when a mistake was made and they were happy to assist. Luckily I live nearby which made it easy to stop by and get what I paid for. Thankful to the managers who do a great job.
