  I have not been to this McDonald’s once, where the food order was right. Every time the order is missing something or the food is not properly cooked! It’s not only the food, half the time the drinks are not right, Either the orange juice is mostly water or the soda is not carbonated. You would think that they would do something about this after a while, but there does not seem to be a care!

  This is the absolute worst Mc Donald’s I have ever been to. They never get the order right. Which causes me to get refunds or travel back to get my order fixed. Do not go to this Mc Donald’s unless you like wasting time and money.

  been to I literally have to drive put of my way to visit the lake worth location because lakeworth knows how to gwt your order correct. I've been here due it being close by my job, but everytime I go I say no mayo no mayo multiple times before getting to the windows and every single time it has mayo as if they do this on purpose. I've been here about 15 times within a 2 year span and each time I had a incorrect order. But thats not the worst the worst eas when they told me to move my car up to the 3rd windows and they were going to take my order to me; jiat to forget me there and im not kidding but a whole 23mins like a fool I wanted so they wouldn't get mad thinkong I was was rushing them and spit in my food or something because we are always at the mercy of how they are feeling that day. So evenxthough they saw me parked there walked by a few times i honked alot and still i had to walk inside so yeah worst location ever, Im the most calm guy you can deal with but they are just terrible I went one last time today thinkong it be different and boom mayo on everything. Jesus how hard is it to actually do your job I work in the heat as a mechanic so dont give me its to hard bs this is what you're paid for and im paying money so they gwt it right im down with this terrible service the manager there needs to get his people in check because they are rude, and they always rush you acting like your on their time get your stuff together boatclub location.

  I recently visited the drive-through and specifically requested freshly prepared French fries. Unfortunately, despite the employee’s assurance, the fries I received were anything but fresh. Although I acknowledge that I should have inspected my order before leaving, I trusted that my request had been honored. The fries tasted as though they had been sitting for an extended period and had simply been placed back into hot grease to reheat them. Not just that, but I also ordered chicken nuggets, which were hard like cardboard and cold. Their quality was so disappointing and unappetizing that I ultimately discarded the entire large order. Not only was this a waste of my money, but it was also a disappointing customer service experience. When a customer makes a specific request and is assured that it will be fulfilled, there should be a reasonable expectation of honesty, quality, and accountability. Unfortunately, my experience reflected none of those standards.
