  This is the second encounter of horrible customer service at this location. I walked up to counter to place order, I waited while leaning over the counter to place order. After 5 minutes of waiting I decided to get the attention of one of the workers who blatantly looked past me as I waited for several minutes. FYI everyone does not use kiosk or credit card to pay for food orders. Like the first encounter, I paid in cash not kiosk. I asked could I place my order at counter because no one never came to greet or ask if I needed anything. Like the first encounter, order was placed at pickup station. Employee did not notifying me of order being ready. Imagine your order sitting and getting cold because of poor customer service. What is hard about notifying customer aloud that their order is ready. Instead, you place my order on to go station to sit and get cold. Smh Very rude and disrespectful and I’ll blame that on management. Hopefully the next encounter will show corrected customer service behavior!

  A DoorDash order that was supposed to take 20 minutes took over an hour and multiple drivers. The store kept telling them they didn’t have the order so they must be at the wrong location. Even when the drivers showed they were at the correct location. The store argued they didn’t have it and that the driver themselves would have to place a new order and pay for it themselves! What??? I called a dozen times in the hour and not once did anyone pick up the phone. Absolutely terrible service.

  This was a pick up order so atmosphere is just a guess. The food was hot, and service was great. The food was tasty. The only reason for 4 stars on the food was because the hashbrown was greasy.

  This is one of the cleaner McDonald's in this area so I give the staff props for that, however, we received all of our drinks with absolutely no ice. We sat down to eat and quickly realized our drinks were pretty much room temperature, not at all the ice cold, refreshing drinks we expect from McDonald's. When I went to the counter to ask why our drinks had no ice, the employee at the counter explained their ice machine runs out quickly so they serve without ice when that happens and she smiled sweetly as she gave me this news and then proclaimed the ice machine was now full and waited for me to walk away. She did not offer to give us refreshed drinks at all. I then asked for a cup of ice to put in our room temperature sodas, she did give us ice but still did not offer new corrected drinks. It may seem like a little thing to her....but we are in Texas...it is summer and we don't expect to receive room temperature drinks at McDonald's. At least let us know you are out of ice so we can make a decision to go elsewhere, or hey, offer us new drinks when your ice machine is refreshed. Employees need better training and hey, how about you get a Texas sized ice machine.

  My service was very good and my food came very quickly, however I noticed the tense work atmosphere specifically the managers being unprofessional and screaming at employees I wasn’t able to get names except 1 being sydney. I’m writing this review to share my displeasure in seeing foul treatment towards the young workers of mcdonald’s it destroys the work environment and is very disheartening as a customer to see. I hope to return in the future but if this type of behavior is not resolved then new management that is RESPECTFUL should most definitely replace this crew.
