  Yesterday night i went in this location from drive thru. They didn't understand my order and they were rude with me. Then they told me to wait in last window but after long time they bought my order with missing item. Then i have to go again one round from starting point but not only this the staff there were not behaving good.😡😡

  Had me pull forward in the drive through and proceed to serve 12 other cars while I sat for 35 minutes. All I ordered was a quarter pounder. The only reason I even got food was because I had to go inside and remind them I ordered my food. I was given no apologies. I was in no way rude or said literally anything except my order.

  Place my order through the app and waited in the Drive-Thru because the lobby was closed for 45 minutes got my order the guy said everything's in there drive off half my order is missing. This is the worst McDonald's in the area do not waste your time going there the food is not even cooked the way it should be the french fries are not done and the McNuggets are disgusting. I will be calling and going by daily until my money is refunded. Try calling and no one will answer so I get to make another trip there to fix their mistake. Just the worst and the employees are the problem along with management.. Do better McDonald's. They respond with we want to help and send me a link for their customer care team which I already completed the same day this happened. I also called and spoke to someone on this team on Monday August 17th and basically was told someone would reach out to me. Just keep passing the buck here with NO RESOLUTION! So and so will be reaching out - left 4 messages at this location w/no call back. Just a number at this point. 08/27/26 to date NOTHING has been done. You reply for me to reach out to corporate which I did. Customer service is awful the store has never returned my call which is what I expected after my experience at this location. PEOPLE save your money and your time there are plenty of other great drive thrus in the area. McDonalds at 287 & Blue Mound DOES NOT CARE and will serve you cold food and miss half the items in your order. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

  Pulled into the drive through at midnight. I guess they were closed after we did not here anyone take our order. Pulled around to the window with my son, only to see 3 employees and one being the manager looking at us,while they laugh. Didn't have the courtesy to tell us they were closed. No offense, but no wonder yall work at McDonald's. Can't make this up, but keep laughing and slanging them burgers.
