  When it first opened it was great, service was great, etc. We went at night time, my husband used to work in the food industry so he expects people to at least get his order right. Well, we go through the drive thru and we had 2 people taking our order ...it was like one started off and it was very hard to hear him or even understand him and then he didnt get our order correct, then we had another person take over for that person and they didnt get it fully correct either. Then we go to the window to pay and that person didnt have our order right ejther so we double checked our food bag once we finally got our food. It wasnt that hard either.

  One of those that are automated, will bring the food out but dont want to take your order. Food was normal McDonald's food. I'm not a fan of kiosks, did my time taking orders as a teenager shouldn't have to when I go into store.

  definitely would not recommend they work slow i asked for sweet tea when i started eating and it done eating and im still waiting for it smh😒

  Absolutely horrible. My boyfriend ordered a burger and nuggets for the 5 dollar deal, and he got cold nuggets and he asked for only ketchup and cheese on his burger and they completely ignored him and slapped pickles on his damn burger. I don’t understand what so hard about someone FOLLOWING instructions when they are given an order to make. The person bringing out the orders is just talking into the air and one customer has been waiting for almost thirty minutes for some burgers, absolutely atrocious establishment. Thirty minutes for a cold 4 piece and a trash burger. Step up. Next time, actually put salt on your fries.
