- LRLaura RodriguezMay 6, 20261.0I rarely leave a review but the amount of times there has been an issue with my food when I go here is ridiculous, I always use to mobile app to place an order and I am very simple when it come to my food, a McDouble only cheese and mayo and a 10 piece nuggets with ranch. My burger is always incorrect and even says on it no mustard no ketchup no pickles or onions but it came with all of it! And then they don’t put any ranch in my bag and when I ask for it they give me the nastiest look. I don’t understand how something so simple can be so difficult to do.

Every time we come here, counters are dirty, floors are sticky and the play place is unkept. Not sure the last time they cleaned the slide, but my daughter had to walk out. It’s less of a slide and more of a scoot. They had seven staff and couldn’t keep up with the drive through and handful of us inside. Oh, and the AC is broken in the play area. Just grab a coupon and go to Chic-fil-a.

- BBB_WickApr 12, 20261.0Went to get burgers and a drink at 11:00 p.m. on a Saturday night, they took my order where one of my items was a Powerade, I got to the window and the older Hispanic woman who barely spoke ANY English handed me a Coca Cola, I then had to describe to her what Powerade looked like because she didn't know what I was talking about. When I asked for it to be switched to a Powerade she took it, left and came back a moment later and told me "No Powerade." I asked her what other low to no sugar options were available and she responded "Uhhh, Cherry Icee?" Very disappointed, please hire somebody who speaks English.
