  I got 2nd hand embarrassment from your bagger forgetting 1 thing out of my 2 item order. This doesn't make sense. Replace your morning bag please, thank you!

  I don’t normally take the time to write reviews, but this location has consistently provided such a frustrating experience that I feel it needs to be said. This is, without a doubt, the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited. I understand that it’s fast food and expectations should be reasonable—but basic accuracy, respect, and timeliness shouldn’t be too much to ask. Almost every visit, something is wrong with the order. Items are frequently missing, and when you do get your food, it’s often cold—like it’s been sitting out far too long before being handed over. It’s incredibly disappointing, especially after waiting an excessive amount of time just to get through the drive-thru. Wait times regularly exceed 15–20 minutes, which completely defeats the purpose of “fast” food. The customer service is honestly the most concerning part. Staff are often rude and dismissive, and when you try to confirm your order to avoid mistakes, they respond with attitude or even raise their voices. There have been multiple instances where it feels like they are intentionally ignoring customers at the drive-thru speaker, as if pretending it’s not working. It creates confusion and wastes even more time. It also comes across as though there’s a lack of effort in communication—staff will act like they don’t understand simple requests, which only adds to the frustration when orders are already being messed up so frequently. Overall, the service here is extremely poor. Between the long waits, incorrect and cold food, and consistently negative interactions with staff, this location falls far below even the most basic standards. I don’t expect perfection from a McDonald’s, but I do expect a functional, respectful experience—and this location fails to deliver that every single time. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location if you have other options nearby.

  Gets me my apple slice next and make sure it in the bag I stop going because everytime I order a kids meal I add 2 extra apple slice pack they charge me 4 them but don't put it in the bag then when I call they where acting nonchalantly so yeah get my order right

  I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your restaurant. I arrived at 10:45 a.m., still within the breakfast hours (which end at 11), but the person who attended me was very rude and seemed to be in a big rush. When I placed my order, she basically gave me what she wanted without properly listening to my request. When I went to pay and asked what I had been given, I realized it was not what I wanted. I let her know, and although other employees seemed willing to help and fix the order, the person who attended me — who appeared to be the manager — simply told me to just take it. I explained that it wasn’t for me and that it was not what I had ordered, but she showed no willingness to resolve the situation. I find this to be very disrespectful and poor customer service, especially since I was still within the allowed breakfast hours. I hope you take this situation into consideration and improve your customer service, as experiences like this are very disappointing.
