  Ordered two Mcdoubles and a coke, burgers were lukewarm and bread was hard. The coke was the only thing edible Check in 4am: Oh, and I have food poisoning now.

  Damn bro, sorry I came in an ordered a burger. Sorry to bother you to do your job of serving burgers. I'd complain to the manager but you already know because he's you.

  In all of the sausage McMuffin, they were missing cheese. I arrived home which was 15 minutes away when I opened one of them and there was not cheese. I called and they said to come back so I did but they said they couldn’t do anything because I left the food at home. They didn’t say anything else. I took a photo of proof and they didn’t do anything. They acted like I was crazy but I wasn’t. There was proof and nothing was done. I drove 15 minutes back and forth just to not get help.

  Got a burger for my kid. Asked for only tomato and ketchup and that's what the receipt reflected as well. They put onions on it, had to carefully remove every piece before the kid would touch it. I know, messed up order at McDonalds is a universal experience, just wish it wasn't so. One star removed for otherwise decent service.

  My son Nolon is 7 and has level 2 Autism and ADHD (AuDHD) and has been obsessed with Mario 2 Galaxy since he saw commercials. Yesterday was a huge milestone for us because Nolon has asked for weeks to go see it in Theaters and it's something we didn't think he could manage... Sitting in a chair for 2 hours while your sensitive senses are assaulted is a tall order for someone with Nolon's condition. We made it through and that was a huge milestone. Well today, I woke up and Nolon was obsessively asking for the Yoshi happy meal toy he saw in a commercial. I was so happy with his progress yesterday at the movies that I felt like he earned a reward so I called every McDonald's in the DFW area and I found a #5 Yoshi when I called the Hulen location and a young gentleman named Patrick helped me. I also had an app notification via SMS that the Texas rangers had a double play PROMO FOR A FREE BURGER!! I added the deal to the mobile app and ordered my kids the Mario meals and I was going to eat the free burger... Everybody wins! When I got to the store the app malfunctioned but Patrick, the extremely helpful McDonald's team member helped me with the app glitch and made it right even though I was locked out from the Rangers Double Play deal for another 6 minutes since it has a 15 minute cooldown period. 5 star service from Patrick. Thanks for helping me make my Autistic son's endless pursuit of Yoshi be fulfilled in such a professional manner. 🤙🏼 Major gratitude!
