  These people are never happy to be here. They never have espresso and then they put some stuff in the coffee but not the other stuff. Why would somebody wanna stop to put 11 splendors in their coffee while they’re driving?

  Food was pretty good and order was correct. My problem was that it took 28 minutes from the time I finished my order on the kiosk until the food arrived at my table. The whole time people were coming and going with their food and the line was steadily going at the drive through. I got a happy meal for my kid, and a filet o fish and a spicy mcchicken for myself. Nothing crazy that should have taken almost a half hour to get ready. It seems they put the dine-in people as the lowest priority.

  Came through the drive thru waited behind a car and when I pulled up they said “Sorry our system is down right now”. Which I knew wasn’t true because how can you take money from the other cars but when I pulled up the system is down. If you don’t want to work then quit and give other employees opportunities to work if the lack of motivation is overwhelming. Use to be a go to spot for me but I’ll choose another location.

  Last night I had the worst experience at a McDonald’s I’ve ever had. I went through the drive thru and they told me to pull forward and my food would be just a minute. I did… and they never came. I waited out there for 30 minutes and they didn’t come so I went into the store. The front staff on duty last night were so incompetent it blows my mind. There was a line in front and none of the employees (even the manager, who was on duty) were even acknowledging the people in front. I ended up waiting almost an hour for 2 freaking cheese burgers and a mcchicken. The most basic dollar menu items. There were many other people waiting next to me saying they got the wrong food. There were ice cream items just sitting out for 20 minutes while people waited for their food, and were given out. It ended up taking an hour to get our small order. There was absolutely no communication between staff and customers, and honestly, I watched them work for 30 mins and the front staff don’t speak to each other either… even the manager. It’s just chaos. The kitchen staff seemed to be doing perfectly well though. If you made it this far… just go to a different mcds. This one sucks so bad.
