  Been here twice in last few days. Went for coffee run and had to ask if I could order in the drive thru. There was no greeting or how may I help you. And once I asked the response was oh yeah go ahead. I was the only car in the drive thru at the time. Went back today for Large Sweet Tea get home its unsweet tea!!! They dont listen or pay attention. I was also anout to be handed somebody else's order until I said I just had tea. Going to start using the extra gas to go to Sycamore School Rd or not go at all.

  Tried to go through the drive through. No one ever took my order, but they kept taking orders in the other line. I finally pulled up in the line to place my order at the window. There was a car in front of me at the "pay here" window and all the cars in front of it had left. That car waited and waited and no one ever opened the window to take their payment. I finally drove off. There were about 10 cars behind me and I hope they all drove off too!

  Very distasteful employees especially at the window my wife had placed an online order pulled up to the window and was treated very badly unfortunately we weren't able to get the employees name but handing over items in an almost throwing manner is unacceptable and telling them to hurry up and go and rolling your eyes. Unacceptable behavior from an individual.

  I’ve never had such a horrible experience here and I come here every once in a while but today was not it. The woman at the drive through was awful first tried to argue that I didn’t pay for what I was missing when I clearly showed her my receipt. I was polite the entire time but she had attitude since the start. Then I ask her for Sauce I PAID for and just jams in into my hand and mumbles “hurry up leave” first of all why get mad at ME when I asked politely I should’ve been the one mad for getting my order messed up???? Make it make sense

  I had the most awful experience at this location. I placed a pick up for 10:17 am. Everyone else was getting dispatched. I did not receive my order til 11am. When I got there I spoke to one of the managers about my order and he said they were working on it. I went to go check on my order 15 mins later. I spoke to the other manager and he told me they would work on it. So literally no one did my order. Until I spoke to the 2nd manager. This location has no order system whatsoever. Horrible experience. You need to check your staff.
