I visited the location with my family on march 30th, and we were disappointed by the behavior of one of your employees, Maria Gomez. I think that was her name I wasn’t sure. However During our visit, she had a very negative attitude, was speaking loudly in an aggressive tone, and appeared to be yelling while interacting with others. This created an uncomfortable environment for my family and took away from what should have been a normal dining experience. We understand that work can be stressful, but customers should not feel uneasy or disrespected while visiting. I hope this situation can be addressed so future customers can have a better experience. Thank you for your time and attention.
