  Nice location but customer service is crap , no one greets you when you come in , instead of saying may I help you they are having an entire conversation with each other, 5 people walked past me the 6th person asked if I needed something, not only that there was a person who came in after me and her order was taken before mine even after they sat in front of me TALKING.... I see why it's 3stars , 20min to receive a burger and fries, absolutely disgraceful

  THE RUDEST MANAGERS IN THE WORLD! IT DOESN'T MATTER IF I PAY OVER OR UNDER 5 BUCKS, EVERYONE IN THIS MCDONALD'S ARE GOING TO BE RUDE! ITS RIDICULOUS AND A SHAME! DO BETTER OR QUIT! ITS SIMPLE!

  Il cibo è quello classico di McDonald’s che conosciamo tutti e su quello non c'è nulla da ridire perché la qualità è quella tipica della catena, ma purtroppo la mia valutazione si ferma a tre stelle a causa della pulizia che non era affatto impeccabile. Molti tavolini non erano stati puliti e risultavano ancora sporchi, rendendo difficile sedersi con piacere, inoltre ho riscontrato un problema nel bagno dove l'acqua aveva una pressione davvero minima e ne usciva pochissima. Proprio per questi motivi legati all'igiene e alla manutenzione del locale l'esperienza raggiunge solo una sufficienza appena piena.

  For the first time, I decided to download the McDonald's app. Personally, I don't like having apps on my phone for restaurants I only visit once or twice a month. I decided to download and use it because I thought it would be a faster way to get my order; however, to use the app, I have to grant it access to my location—otherwise, it doesn't work—and I am very particular about the privacy of my personal electronic devices. I wish the app offered multiple methods for confirming one's arrival at the restaurant. Anyway, that wasn't the real problem. What actually made me angry was that I spent an hour in the parking lot trying to use the app, which had frozen. I explained to the employees that my order had already been paid for, but instead of helping me resolve the issue, they responded with complete indifference. The only explanation they gave me was that nothing could be done—without giving any consideration to the long wait I had endured. I simply cannot believe that McDonald's—such a massive chain—has employees who don't know how to make an exception to prepare or hand over an order without app confirmation, even when it has already been paid for. This particular branch is in dire need of a little more warmth and empathy.
