Apparently, you can do a mobile order 20 min before they stop serving breakfast and arrive two minutes after the cut off and it doesn’t count for anything. How is it that when I order food at any other restaurant in existence they make the food and I pick up the order just fine? So, using the McDonald’s mobile app doesn’t actually DO anything but save me from speaking to someone in person. Got it.

Visited here today. While waiting for my food in a parking spot I sipped some soda (coke) and it tasted so watered down I felt it had to be a machine issue. I took the two drinks back and asked for fresh drinks because there obviously was not enough syrup in them. The manager gave me fresh cups to get new sodas. It tasted exactly the same. I asked a passing employee if I could speak to the manager again. A lady came out who was not the manager I expected but she said she was the general manager. I asked to taste the coke. She tasted and shrugged her shoulders and said it’s fine. I asked if she really thought it tasted right and she said yes. This McDonald’s is always bad about getting your orders wrong but I’ve always been pleased with the drinks which always seemed to have plenty of syrup. I take grandkids here all the time but I won’t be back. The condescending tone of the general manager was disappointing to say the least. Also when I poured the drink the color was so weak it was obvious the syrup was low. Maybe new management or the general manager had them alter the ratio of syrup but it was awful. Just tasted like spite with an after taste!

Anytime I want to use my app they block it and say sorry is not available try again then you try to use it again and it says is expired this franchise don’t respect your mobile app promos

I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food, but this experience was frustrating enough to share. When an item was missing from my order, I returned with my receipt and was met with slammed windows and attitude instead of a simple resolution. I was told, “Well I gave the food, but here’s more,” even though items were clearly missing.
Mistakes happen , that’s understandable. But how they’re handled makes all the difference. A quick apology and replacing the item would have been more than enough. There’s no need to make customers feel like they’re trying to get something for free over a small item.
I’ve worked in fast food before, so I understand how busy and stressful it can be. But professionalism and basic courtesy go a long way. Unfortunately, this wasn’t just one interaction. Multiple employees at different windows had the same rude approach, which makes it feel like a broader issue with customer service here.
Just a reminder: you never know what kind of day a customer is having. A little kindness can make a big difference.
