- BLBrayan Lopez4 days ago1.0I ordered a coffee and a frappé for curbside pickup and waited for quite a while. After going inside to ask about my order, I was told it would take more than 30 additional minutes. When I asked why, the employee responded by saying that next time I should just cook it at home myself. To make things worse, my order in the app was marked as delivered even though I never received it, which prevented me from canceling the order and getting my money back. Very unprofessional customer service and a really disappointing experience. Ordené un café y un frappé para pickup curbside y estuve esperando bastante tiempo. Después tuve que entrar a preguntar por mi orden y me dijeron que tardaría más de 30 minutos adicionales. Cuando pregunté la razón, la respuesta del empleado fue que para la próxima lo cocinara yo en mi casa. Para empeorar las cosas, en la app mi orden aparecía como entregada cuando nunca me la entregaron, lo que me impidió cancelar la orden y recuperar mi dinero. Muy mala atención al cliente y una experiencia realmente decepcionante.
