  Since I moved on this side of town, this restaurant customer service and food has always been outstanding. Drive thru personnel always have great service in the morning and afternoon when I come for my food. As a General Manager myself outstanding!

  This location is False advertising they have a display saying 5.50 big breakfast. With hotcakes but they charge you 5.99 instead when ask to speak with manager the woman comes to window “ if you don’t want to pay the price I can’t help you” she was very rude and unprofessional the morning crew really needs training and help I’m highly disappointed will not be returning I already contact customer service.

  On July 24, 2026, at approximately 10:10 PM, I visited this McDonald’s and had an extremely disappointing experience. When I arrived to pick up my order, I noticed two young Black boys outside knocking on the window. The employees inside could clearly see them but appeared to ignore them. I asked the boys what they needed, and they explained that their drinks had been left off their order. I took their receipt and went through the drive-thru to request the missing drinks for them. The employee at the speaker told me the boys had already received their drinks, but when I reached the end of the drive-thru, the boys told me they still had not received them. I went through the drive-thru again, and the drinks were finally provided. What was most upsetting was not just the poor customer service, but the way these children were treated. As the mother of a Black son, I am very aware of how Black boys are often perceived and treated in the world. Watching employees see these children, hear their request for help, and choose to ignore them was deeply troubling. No child should be made to feel invisible or as though they do not matter. When I attempted to address my concerns, the manager on duty refused to provide their name, even when I called back, and also refused to provide the contact information for corporate. That response was unacceptable and only added to the frustration. I hope management takes the time to reflect on this situation and examine how customers—especially children—are being treated at this location. The service was disappointing, but the lack of compassion and accountability was even worse. I will not be returning to this McDonald’s. If I could give zero stars, I would.

  Ordered in the drive thru. They took my money, handed my drinks, asked me to pull forward and wait...waiting for a Big Mac. 20 minutes. I finally had to get out of line, go in and ask for my food. Now my 30-minute lunch break was over very disappointing.
