  Twice in a row we ordered from here to have missing items. Management needs to be trained or replaced. Awful.

  We have ordered breakfast multiple times between 6:20-6:30 and every time service is very slow, even when ordering from the app by drive thru or curbside. One time we paid for an extra sausage and they forgot it and I had to get off my car to get it. Today we waited more than 5 minutes and asked the lady (Hispanic woman, very rude) why they always take so long she said that it was because the had run out of muffins…how can that be… at 6:30 am. Management, please train your cooking and customer service staff better.

  We came during breakfast and one of the associates took down our order wrong. The next person who assisted us was a lady named Lalis who acknowledged they took the order wrong but didn’t know how to fix it and asked for us to just pay for their mistake. Unbelievable! This was my first Time visiting this location. I would not return.
