This location frequently gets my mobile order wrong, but we go here because its on the way. Today was a triple whammy mess-up on top of taking ten minutes to get the order out to us. Ordered a Big Breakfast, an Egg McMuffin(no cheese, no butter) and a large UNSWEET iced tea. I recieved a Big breakfast without the hash browns, a sausage egg McMuffin swimming in butter, and a large SWEET iced tea. We got the tea fixed at the window, but we were already on the road when I discovered the wrong food. The sausage egg McMuffin was so greasy and I tasted nothing but butter and sausage as I ate it. I dont like eating greasy food if I can help it, but i didnt have time to go back. Get your crap together Evermen pkwy Mc's. It"s getting ridiculous. Ps. Turn the temp on your toaster down or something. About 75% of my muffins are burnt along the edges.

This McDonald’s location (1908 Everman Pkwy) is quickly becoming the worst near me. It’s either a hit or miss even when I ask for special requests with my orders. I was there a few days ago and was given fries so stale that I wouldn’t have given them to my dog. There’s one particular manager within the establishment that seems to always makes things difficult and go figure she seems to always be present when I visit. My mother who is a senior citizen, ordered two senior coffees in the drive thru. She was surprisingly asked were there two occupants in the car, which has NEVER happened. What difference would it make if there was or not, which by the way there were three—my father and myself. So you mean to tell me had it not been, they would’ve only allowed her one discounted coffee. I found that extremely deliberate, unnecessary and felt that it was targeted. Take it this is just one instance with this same individual, I have others! If this is the type of service I have to continue to experience, I will gladly go elsewhere!

This McDonald’s is trash l order a simple 6 dollar bundle meal deal with only mayonnaise and onions ask them to make the fries and nuggets fresh instead of that when I receive my food, I had ketchup, mayo, mustard when I only ask for mayo and onions. Only Iater on today. Took the food back to get it either remade or full refund the lady, pretending that I was lying or that I didn’t have a receipt so I couldn’t remake my food or either give me my refund back, but the lady didn’t even give me a receipt when I pulled off, but I showed her my bank statements with the six dollars. it should not have to be all that to get a simple remake on a food a day later made wrong. The customer service was bad was horrible. The lady had an attitude.
