My mom and I frequently eat here. We love the food and the staff is so friendly. Unfortunately, I was recently put on a restricted diet. I called ahead to ask if this could be accommodated. Helena was super reassuring and said that she'd work with me to help me find something that worked for me. We arrived at the restaurant and I placed my order for rice, salmon, and plain chickpeas. Sadly the chickpeas don't come plain, but Helena made sure to get me another side that did. I'm very thankful for her help.

From the moment that you walk in to when you get your food, the customer service is top notch. Mari, Briason, Helena and anyone else I missed, did a great job creating a warm atmosphere. The drink station was adequately stocked and the food was amazing. We love it here!

I just left Luna Grill and had such a great experience that I had to share it. The crew working today — Mari, Kloe, and Briason — was absolutely outstanding. Mari took my order and was amazing. She knew the menu so well that she figured out my favorite dip even when I couldn’t remember the name of it. That kind of service is rare and so appreciated. The restaurant itself was spotless — clean tables, clean booths, everything tidy and welcoming. The music was at the perfect level too: enough to enjoy, but still quiet enough to have a conversation without hearing the people next to you. What really stood out was how attentive the team was. They came by to ask how everything was tasting, checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, and even came back later to ask if we wanted to‑go boxes. It felt like they genuinely cared about the experience. Great food, great atmosphere, and an even better team. This location is doing everything right.

A lot has changed at Luna Grill. No more real plates and silverware...now paper and plastic. No more beer available. Menu has changed too. Today's visit was a gyro plate with chickpea medley and Greek cabbage. The meat was super dry...flavorful, but super dry. The chickpea medley was not very flavorful, nor was the Greek cabbage. A rating of 3 on food in my opinion was generous. We had the lunatic sampler. The hummus was good. The couscous was really mushy. The bread was a little tough (seemed old). The staff was very pleasant as always. We moved out of the area 5 years ago and this was our 1st visit back since then and we were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately it just wasn't as good as it used to be. We used to visit regularly. Disappointing.

I went with my husband for the first time and the VERY last time a little over a week ago. I think the managers (both men dressed in black) were outside on the patio when we first arrived. We placed our order and waited. They both came in shortly after and just started helping staff serve customers on to-go orders, as it got busier. They did not wash their hands. Shortly after, everyone received their order, as did we. The food was subpar. Not much seasoning. I was very disappointed. I look up to see the men coming in and out of this room next to the register and talking to the staff. One of the men decided to use the edge of their BAKERY stand as a BACKSCRATCHER, as he continues his conversation. A good 3 minutes pass and he stops. I told my husband I was done and we left. That same man walks onto the patio for a quick smoke break and then walks back in to serve customers.
