- 2220mika76Jun 14, 20263.0I always wait a bit to do reviews, the first two times we had this was GREAT! Got it through Doordash, chicken was great perfectly seasoned, mashed potatoes and gravy was on point! Those biscuits....oh man those biscuits were great. Hadn't had it in some months because yes they are a bit pricey and even with dashpass, there is a delivery and service fee that's ridiculous which is no fault of Krispy Krunchy but still. The next two times we ordered.... The chicken was soggy, the biscuits were hard, we chalked it up to it being a one off. We ordered again a few days ago and it was even worse, not sure whats going on or what happened but it wasn't even edible how soggy it was, and how did the biscuits get flat and they weren't cooked in the middle. My daughter said her and her friend went to one in store and it was great like we are used to, so I don't know. I will maybe try again in store, but delivery is more convenient right now since my car finally died on me. Do better y'all.
