  I’ve been coming to Joe’s Crab Shack Western Center & 35W, in Fort Worth for over 20 years, and I want to take a moment to recognize the amazing service and quality that continue to keep me coming back. The food has always been great, but what truly makes this place special is the people. Chris, the manager, does an outstanding job creating a welcoming atmosphere and making sure customers feel valued. Cheyenne, one of the bartenders, also deserves recognition for her friendly attitude, positive energy, and the great conversations that make every visit enjoyable. I may come in for the food and a cold drink, but I keep coming back because of the people and the genuine customer service. It’s rare to find a place where the quality, hospitality, and respect for customers stay consistent for more than two decades. Thank you, Chris, Cheyenne, and the entire Joe’s Crab Shack team for continuing to make this a place where customers feel appreciated. Keep up the great work!

  If I could give negative stars I would. I visited this location this evening with my child and my sister. We were seated by a very nice young man, a little while after being seated the manager CHRIS came from the back with the same young man completely berating him in front of everyone. Chris was cursing this young man out and was the MOST unprofessional and inappropriate display of leadership I’ve ever seen. As someone who runs a business with multiple locations this is not who I would want representing my business. If there are issues with staff you pull them and speak to them privately never with an audience ESPECIALLY customers. A manager should guide by teaching and example and what I witnessed tonight was NOT leadership in any sense of the word. Absolutely despicable. I also would like to add we did ask the young man for the managers name and he refused to tell us for fear of getting in more trouble, so we asked him ourself when he was walking table to table.

  Meet a friend for lunch today at Joe's. We sat at the bar and Jaden was our bartender. He recommended and made delicious drinks....a new pineapple colada (can't remember the name) but is was very smooth, delicious and tropical. I had the East Coast Platter but asked sub out the fried shrimp for shrimp scampi and it was SO GOOD!!! I asked who the cook was today and her name is Rosa. She did a phenomenal job! Food was fresh, hot, and presented beautifully! The fried fish was super crispy and not over oily like a lot of other places are. I just personally don't eat a lot of fried food and why I subbed out fried shrimp for scampi. Rosa made the scampi soooooooo good that I had to ask for a piece of bread to dip in to get every last drop of it! I will definitely be ordering that platter again!

  Took my mother-in-law and father-in-law to celebrate her belated birthday and late Father's Day. Our server, Jaden, was amazing! He recommended the perfect drinks for everyone and they were delicious! Everyone's food came out correct and everything was so delicious and the portions were huge, we all needed to go boxes! Jersey, the supervisor on shift, came to check on us, and we really appreciated that. Jaden did a fun birthday celebration for my MIL and she was laughing and laughing and had such a great time. Thanks for making her feels so special! Everyone was so nice and we had an amazing time!

  I cannot recommend this place enough! My husband sadly suffered a medical emergency this past Saturday, and had to call EMS. Management was so amazing to us during this difficult time. While it was so scary for me and my two young daughters they did everything they possibly could to help us. Our server Jayden was equally as amazing and so kind to us. Not only was he such a great server to us prior to the incident, he was so kind and caring during and after. I hate that everyone had to see the incident but am so unbelievably grateful and appreciative of the entire staff at this location. The manager Chris even text me later that evening to check in on my husband. I am so thankful for everyone there! My girls and I will never forget their kindness!!
