  I placed an order two days in advance for pickup at 5:00 PM. I arrived at 5:10, and the food wasn't ready. The girl working there seemed to have no desire to work—there wasn't a single other customer—yet it took her over 20 minutes just to make my three wraps. I had driven 18 minutes to get there (which is why I placed the order ahead of time). On top of that, when I got home, the food was poorly made; there was hardly any chicken! She didn't put bacon or avocado in one of the wraps (my son's!). The girl was a terrible worker; she didn't greet me, and when I spoke to her, she wouldn't even look at me... In short, I would never go back to this place! Terrible service and horrible food!

  Ordered ahead to pick up in the drive-thru, sat in the Drive-Thru for 7 minutes before pulling up to the window, then set at the window for another five while I watched an employee hit his vape while the shift manager set on her phone in the lobby. Nobody came to the window, nobody paid an ounce of attention. The food was good, but no I'm on a flavor can make up for that poor of service

  Order here if you want to get a sandwich that is made without the meat. Then come back to ask for them to remake it only for them to not make it correctly again even as you’re telling them what went on it. Also, Keep a handy bread knife with you so you can cut your sandwich in half even if you clicked “cut in half” on the app. They don’t know how to read.
