  Just wanted to sub and got a great experience. Ty and Nathan were very hospitable and made a beautiful sandwich that truly satisfied to my hunger. I got the veggie and a veggie never looked so good!! Thanks guys for making a quick lunch Stop a memorable break.

  Paid $18 for a sandwich , potato salad , and got blamed for taking the wrong sandwich when this lady handed to me and asked if I wanted a bag and all ! They still have failed to refund me . I got some nasty turkey lettuce crap when I ordered BLT with everything on it . So now I have to go back up there a third time and demand cash . Some crap Molly said about emailing me and calling me . Whatever not my problem you can’t do a return . I was by far way too nice now I’m screwed . See you tomorrow have my cash ready !

  Never had a problem with this particular Jimmy John's. I place my order for pickup, walk in to pick it up, and I'm off to eat it. Employees are always friendly and the sandwiches are always exactly how I ordered. With their rewards program, there is almost no reason not to eat here.
